Introducing Remote Training
11th February 2021
Logitech’s Technology Transfer Programme is an integral part of our materials processing systems. Our training courses offer over 55 years of processing expertise, and are proven to be the best method for transferring the knowledge on the effective use and maintenance of our systems. Course attendees will benefit from our continuous research and development, which means that process methods are improved and updated constantly.
We offer two different types of training courses, our ‘standard’ course allows for close and individual tuition on the machine set up and maintenance of your Logitech system. The trainer will also provide guidance of a detailed set-up your specific application requirements.
Our ‘process’ courses focus on process development, where customers have the opportunity to work with our experienced process development engineers to create a process which meets specific application requirements.
These courses were typically held at the Logitech laboratories or on-site at the customers facilities. Due to the on-going pandemic we introduced remote training sessions to allow us to safely provide our training courses to our customers. These remote sessions have been extremely successful, so we have decided to make them a permanent option for all of our customers moving forward.
These remote sessions involve a Logitech Process Development Engineer connecting with the customer via video conferencing software where they are still able to provide the high quality training as they would with a customer in the lab.
