As 2019 comes to a close, here at Logitech we are reflecting on the highlights of our past year…
The start of 2019 saw the successful launch of the newest addition to our wide range of lapping & polishing systems, the LP70. The LP70 was designed off the back of the success of our PM6 Precision Lapping & Polishing System. Our customers were seeing substantially higher throughput and greater control utilising an automated approach in their processes, allowing them to achieve super strict sample specifications that were previously unobtainable. The need for a system with the same capabilities but allowing for a larger sample capacity and multiple workstations to maximise throughput even further became clear.
The LP70 is a direct product upgrade from our staple system, the LP50. With an additional workstation, the LP70 comes with four workstations as standard giving it the highest sample throughput levels of all of our bench-top precision systems. The LP70 allows customers to obtain strict sample specifications across a wide range of materials.
Logitech works with a dedicated network of distributors across the globe. They help us to provide the best on-site service and support to our customers and offer valuable local representation in many different territories. We are proud to continue to grow this network by teaming up with two new teams to provide Logitech products and services within their territories.
John Morris Group is now representing Logitech in Australia and New Zealand, and after working with our dedicated in-house process development team, their team are now offering Logitech sales and service support to our Australian and New Zealeand customer base.
The team at John Morris Group are extremely passionate about what they do and work to the same values of providing high levels of customer support as Logitech and we look forward to continuing to work together in 2020 to provide our customers in their terriotry with the best levels of support.
We have also teamed up with Agentek in Israel. Our team travelled over to Tel-Aviv recently to provide valuable sales and service training to the Agentek team. They are now in the best position to locally support our customers in Israel. We will continue to develop this partnership moving in to 2020.
As we move forward in to 2020 we continue to develop internally and continue to build robust systems for our customers and develop new and innovative processes that will allow customers to obtain the highest standard of sample specifications for their applications needs.
